Three-dimensional study 05
Collection composed of only 5 works of equal dimensions. The works are made on recycled wood with white borders.
In all five three-dimensional studies, the artist creates depth and, consequently, great lateral thickness by using super-resistant and elastic plaster, precisely troweled. The colors used are diverse, sometimes reused in subsequent studies but always combined with different shades. Four of the five works feature rays from the central point of the support that radiate outwards, thus moving the color randomly and unevenly. Only one of the five creations features lateral trowel marks along the shorter side of the support, distinctly breaking the composition of the collection.
