Between earth and sun
Between Earth and Sun is a vertical explosion of energy rising from an invisible horizon, like a primordial force seeking light. Created with the dripping technique and acrylic enamels, the work creates a dialogue between a warm, earthy brown background and a jet of vibrant yellow that opens upwards.
The gesture, both instinctive and controlled, generates an intertwining of luminous filaments reminiscent of roots becoming rays, sap transforming into a glow. The material flows, splashes, vibrates, creating the impression of uninterrupted movement: an energy that originates from the depths of the earth and expands towards the sun, in a continuous vital exchange between origin and destiny.
In this ascending tension, color becomes a symbol of metamorphosis: brown embraces, yellow radiates. The work thus becomes a bridge between elements, a pictorial gesture that captures the instant in which matter illuminates and darkness opens to light.
The work is an act of growth, a vital impulse that affirms the passage from rooting to elevation, from shadow to splendor. A visual testimony of the eternal dialogue between what sustains us and what guides us.
