The artist feels an uncontrollable need to pay homage to one of his favorite and most inspiring artists. He therefore decides to create a work, always in an abstract key and with the dripping technique, that echoes the forms of the famous sculpture by Alberto Giacometti - "L'homme qui indique" (The Man Pointing). The strong gray color, splashed from a brush that never touches the canvas (almost as if unwilling to "compete" with the honored artist), perfectly conveys the concept of the Swiss artist's universe of emaciated and suffering men.
