Shouts of joy
Urli di gioia (Screams of Joy) is created using a plastic sheet that the artist shapes through the application of fire and combustion, thereby creating three-dimensional tears of various shapes and sizes; some of which have openings that the painter associates with human faces screaming as in Edvard Munch's famous painting "The Scream" - in this case, the meaning and what the artist feels during its creation is joy and happy feelings.
